01

Choosing the right Parker experience

Start here if you are comparing a ready-to-run kit, a produced show, and Timothy Parker Live.

What is Parker Team Building?

Parker Team Building creates puzzle-native television game-show experiences for companies, conferences, retreats, and distributed teams. The company offers ready-to-run kits, fully produced shows, and custom engagements created and hosted by Timothy E. Parker.

What are the three ways to work with Parker Team Building?

Choose a kit your team can run, a professionally produced game show Parker can help deliver, or Timothy Parker Live. The right level depends on your audience, event visibility, internal resources, desired customization, and budget.

What is the difference between a kit and a produced game show?

A kit gives your internal host the game content, instructions, timing, scoring, and player assets needed to run the experience. A produced show adds professional hosting or show calling, rehearsals, production planning, venue coordination, and optional on-site delivery.

How do I know which option is right for my event?

Use a kit when your team wants control and an economical, host-ready system. Choose a produced show when the event is visible, technically complex, or needs a professional host. Request Timothy Live when the creator himself is central to the experience.

What does Parker Team Building cost?

Ready-to-run kits start at $799. Fully produced shows generally begin around $8,000 and scale with production and customization. Timothy Parker Live is available only by private quote based on the event, location, audience size, date, and production scope.

What does puzzle-native team building mean?

Puzzle-native means the competition is authored as a genuine intellectual sport, not a generic workshop decorated with trivia. Rules, question design, pacing, fairness, scoring, ties, and player psychology are built into the experience from the start.

What does television-game-show quality mean?

It means clear rules, escalating stakes, concise host language, readable player visuals, exact timing, fair challenges, and a finale that feels earned. Parker applies the writing and pacing instincts behind 225 network television episodes to corporate rooms.

Who hires Parker Team Building?

Clients include companies planning all-hands meetings, sales kickoffs, retreats, conferences, celebrations, learning events, executive offsites, client programs, and multi-city competitions. Formats can serve intimate leadership groups or large audiences.

02

Game-show and team-building kits

Details about the $799 digital kit, other kit formats, licensing, equipment, and delivery.

What is included in the $799 Parker Quick-Play Digital Game Kit?

The $799 kit includes one complete Parker-authored game, a host guide and run-of-show, player instructions, scoring materials, and the digital display and print assets needed for one internal company event. It does not include shipping, custom writing, a professional host, or live production.

Can I buy the $799 digital kit online?

Yes. The Quick-Play Digital Game Kit is available through secure Stripe Checkout. Checkout collects your company, event window, and audience size so Parker can confirm the brief and delivery details after purchase.

What is the difference between digital, printable, and shipped kits?

Digital kits use screen-ready files and electronic host materials. Printable kits add materials designed for local printing and assembly. Shipped kits can include physical room materials or response components and require a proposal because freight, quantities, and equipment vary.

Do Parker kits include buzzers or response hardware?

Not automatically. Many formats work better with paper, screens, phones, or simple team response methods. When hardware improves the format, Parker can recommend a local sourcing path or quote optional response equipment.

Can an employee or executive host the kit?

Yes. Kits are written for internal hosts and include clear instructions, transitions, timing, scoring, tie rules, and backup options. The goal is to make the host confident without forcing a theatrical facilitation style.

What license comes with the $799 digital kit?

The online $799 kit includes a one-event license for one internal company event. It does not permit resale, public redistribution, rebroadcast, posting the files online, or reuse at additional events without written permission or an expanded license.

Can a kit be customized for our company?

Yes. Customization can range from brand treatment and a tailored category to a complete company edition built around products, culture, history, or learning goals. Custom work is quoted after Parker reviews the brief.

How is a digital kit delivered?

After checkout, Parker reviews the event information and contacts the purchaser to confirm the brief and delivery timing. Digital materials are then delivered electronically with the applicable host instructions and license.

Do you ship kits internationally?

International delivery can be quoted, subject to freight, customs, timing, destination restrictions, and the selected physical components. A digital or locally sourced production path is often faster and more economical outside the United States.

Can we reuse a Parker kit for recurring events?

Yes, with the correct license. One-event purchases cover one internal event; season, office, league, multi-date, and touring licenses are available by proposal. The written order states exactly how often and how long the materials may be used.

03

Fully produced corporate game shows

Production levels, audiences, hosts, venue needs, virtual delivery, and pricing.

What is included in a fully produced Parker game show?

A produced show can include the game bank, host book, player visuals, scoring system, professional host, rehearsal, technical rider, show calling, venue planning, and on-site or virtual production support. The proposal identifies the exact included components.

How much does a fully produced corporate game show cost?

Produced shows generally start around $8,000. Ready formats, light customization, original company content, host choice, venue production, travel, audience size, and multi-city requirements determine the final proposal.

What audience sizes can Parker game shows handle?

Formats can be designed for small leadership groups, departmental events, large ballrooms, conferences, or distributed audiences. The response method, screen plan, team structure, and staffing change as the audience grows.

How long is a typical game show?

Common runtimes are 45, 60, 90, or 120 minutes, but Parker can build a short conference segment, a full evening feature, or a multi-round program. Runtime is confirmed against the agenda, audience, meal service, and venue constraints.

What does the venue need to provide?

Venue needs depend on the format. Typical requirements may include reliable power, sound reinforcement, one or more displays, presentation connectivity, lighting appropriate for the room, contestant areas, and rehearsal access. Parker supplies a planner-ready technical rider for produced shows.

Who can host a produced Parker show?

Your internal MC can host with a Parker host book, Parker can recommend or supply a professional host, or Timothy E. Parker can host through a separate private-quote engagement. The proposal makes the host role and rehearsal responsibility explicit.

Can Parker produce a virtual or hybrid game show?

Yes. Parker can design screen-ready rounds, remote response paths, virtual team structures, host materials, and hybrid scoring. The production plan accounts for platform choice, moderation, latency, remote audience instructions, and technical rehearsal.

Can Parker coordinate multi-city or international shows?

Yes. Parker can create one shared format for multiple offices, simultaneous locations, touring dates, or international audiences. Delivery may combine central show control, local production partners, shipped materials, digital assets, and time-zone planning.

04

Timothy E. Parker live

How the signature creator-host engagement works and what is needed for a private quote.

What is Timothy Parker Live?

Timothy Parker Live is a custom game-show engagement created under Timothy E. Parker’s direction and hosted by Timothy on site or by live video. It combines original content, client discovery, host preparation, and a tailored production plan.

How much does Timothy Parker Live cost?

Timothy Live is available by private quote only. Price depends on the event type, location, date, audience size, runtime, travel, production requirements, level of custom research, licensing, and whether the engagement is on site or live by video.

What information is needed for a Timothy Live quote?

Provide the event type, city or virtual format, target date or window, estimated audience size, desired runtime, event purpose, production environment, and the feeling you want the room to have. Approximate answers and TBD are acceptable for an initial inquiry.

Can Timothy host virtually instead of traveling?

Yes. Timothy can appear by live video when the format, platform, timing, and production plan support a strong audience experience. Virtual hosting still requires preparation, rehearsal, show control, and a reliable technical path.

What makes Timothy Live different from hiring a celebrity host?

Timothy is not simply appearing after someone else creates the show. He shapes the format, content, pacing, and host language, then performs the system he helped create. The creative authorship and live hosting are connected.

How far ahead should we request Timothy?

Request the date as early as possible, especially for conferences, international travel, and peak corporate-event periods. Availability is confirmed only through a written proposal and accepted agreement.

Is Timothy available worldwide?

Timothy can be considered for national and international engagements, subject to schedule, travel feasibility, venue needs, local requirements, and the final written agreement. Live-video delivery may provide an alternative when travel is not practical.

05

Content, customization, fairness, and accessibility

How Parker turns company material into adult, inclusive, playable competition.

Can the questions be about our company?

Yes. Parker can turn company history, products, people, culture, milestones, customer knowledge, or approved internal material into playable content. The review process identifies sensitive, confidential, regulated, or legally restricted topics before production.

Is the content family-safe and workplace-appropriate?

Yes. Parker can apply family-safe and executive-ready editorial standards. The client can also identify cultural, legal, language, accessibility, and sensitivity requirements during discovery.

How do Parker games include quieter or less competitive employees?

Formats use a mix of individual thinking, team discussion, written or digital responses, captain decisions, and varied challenge types. Participation is structured so the loudest person does not automatically control every round.

Can the experience support accessibility needs?

Yes, when needs are shared early. Parker can adjust visual density, reading time, response method, team roles, audio presentation, movement requirements, and room flow. The venue and employer remain responsible for their broader accessibility obligations.

Is this traditional team-building facilitation?

No. Parker builds competitive intellectual entertainment with a complete game system. The team-building value comes through shared decisions, fair competition, communication, and memorable group moments rather than forced vulnerability exercises.

Can a Parker show support training or product learning?

Yes. Approved product, policy, sales, safety, or learning material can be converted into fair game rounds. The experience should reinforce learning and engagement; it should not be used as the sole basis for employment decisions or discipline.

06

Planning, procurement, payment, and policies

Lead times, forms, Stripe, invoices, licensing, cancellations, privacy, and procurement documents.

How much lead time does Parker Team Building need?

Lead time depends on the level. A standard digital kit may move quickly after the brief is confirmed; shipped, customized, produced, and Timothy-hosted programs need more planning. Share the real date even when it is close—Parker will recommend only feasible options.

What information should I include in an event inquiry?

Include the event type, date or planning window, audience size, location or virtual platform, desired runtime, goals, customization ideas, production environment, decision deadline, and approximate investment range. TBD is acceptable where details are not final.

Can I inquire before the venue is confirmed?

Yes. Provide the likely city, virtual or hybrid plan, estimated audience, and target window. Parker can identify the decisions that must wait for a venue and the assumptions that can support an early recommendation.

Can Parker provide a W-9, certificate of insurance, or NDA?

Procurement documentation, including a W-9, certificate of insurance, and NDA-ready process, can be discussed for contracted work. Exact insurance limits, endorsements, security terms, and client forms are reviewed against the scope.

How are online kit payments processed?

Online purchases are processed by Stripe on Stripe-hosted checkout pages. Parker Team Building does not directly receive or store complete card numbers. Stripe may offer relevant payment methods based on the buyer, device, currency, and account settings.

Will I receive a receipt or invoice?

Yes. Stripe collects billing information for the $799 digital kit and creates a post-purchase invoice or receipt. Custom shows and Timothy Live use the payment schedule and invoicing terms stated in the accepted proposal.

What is the cancellation and refund policy for the $799 digital kit?

A buyer may request a full refund before digital delivery or custom preparation begins. Once the digital materials have been delivered, the purchase is non-refundable except where required by law or when Parker does not provide the purchased materials. Written custom agreements may use different terms.

How does Parker Team Building protect inquiry and payment information?

Event inquiries are stored in restricted Cloudflare systems and delivered to the Parker team through Advanced Learning Academy email systems. Stripe processes online payment and billing data. Parker’s privacy policy explains the purposes, providers, retention, and contact rights.

What happens if our event date or audience size changes?

Contact Parker as soon as possible. A digital kit may need only a brief update, while shipping, staffing, travel, licensing, venue production, or custom content changes can affect cost and feasibility. The written order or change agreement controls.

How quickly does Parker respond to inquiries?

The current response target is one business day. Complex international, multi-city, or production-heavy requests may require additional time to confirm feasibility, partners, travel, or venue assumptions.

Where is Parker Team Building based, and where does it work?

Parker Team Building is operated by Advanced Learning Academy LLC in Carmel, Indiana, and serves clients worldwide through digital kits, shipped systems, virtual programs, live-video hosting, and travel-based production. Contact [email protected] for destination-specific planning.
